The website describes Dipolio Education’s academic mentorship services and allows families to make enquiries. Content on the website is general information about our practice. It is not academic, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for individual assessment of a student.

2. Enquiries are not enrolment

Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement between you and Dipolio Education. Our programmes are enquiry-based: enrolment occurs only when both parties sign a client services agreement. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry.

3. No outcome guarantees

We take full ownership of our process and our effort. We do not guarantee grades, admissions, competition results, or any other specific outcome, because outcomes depend on factors beyond any mentor’s control. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise of results.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, programme descriptions, methodology, assessment materials, and the Dipolio name and logo, belongs to Dipolio Education. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

The website is hosted on Squarespace and may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
