High expectations are easy. Getting a child to rise to them, willingly, is the hard part.
That is what we do.

I saw that parents need someone to instil invaluable traits into their children. A normal tutor can't do that. It takes time, effort, and emotion most won't give.
I know what that kind of person can do, because one did it for me. In grade 5, a teacher stayed until 7 p.m., night after night, preparing me for a maths competition. I won it. But the lesson wasn't the trophy, it was watching someone decide I was worth their time, and realising that's the thing that changes a child. Not the material. The person standing next to them.
I also saw the opposite. I watched friends with every bit of the potential I had quietly drift, because nobody lit that fire for them. I decided early that I'd never let that happen to a kid I was responsible for. That refusal is why Dipolio exists.
So I work the hardest in the room, not to impress my students, but to show them it's possible. When they see me take on hard things and not flinch, they start to believe they can too. And the moment a kid stops saying "I can't" and starts trying. That's the whole thing. That's what I'm here to do.
Our Programmes
-
A long-term programme for students and families who want more than tutoring. We focus on the whole student: how they think, work, and grow within an environment built to bring out their best.
We take full responsibility for everything academic in a student's life: IEP meetings, course selection, coordination with their teachers, and working alongside any specialist guiding the student so their recommendations are carried into our teaching. Everything around the student works as one system.
You shouldn't have to coordinate it all yourself. We do. You stay fully informed and close to your child's progress, without carrying the weight of holding it all together.
-
Rigorous training for students competing at the Olympiad level. For those who have already outgrown the standard curriculum and are ready to be pushed toward the very top of their field.
This programme is taught by the best, people who have reached the highest levels of their discipline and know firsthand what it takes to get a student there. Our students don't drill for tests; they learn to think at the depth real competition demands, working through problems far beyond anything a classroom offers.
Raw ability is only the starting point. It takes the right hands to shape it into excellence and that's exactly who we put in front of your child.
What makes DIPOLIO stand out?
“Your ability to connect with them at their level.”
— Parent of two Wolves, WPGA
“You have a talent in creating a connection with kids. That's key to helping them learn better. They genuinely enjoy the time with you and for parent, having kids learn without resistance is a key value.”
— Parent of a Tiger, York House School
“Your moral ethics, work ethics and mannerism is so inspiring that I hope for our children to adopt it too. I think your approach is what my generation of parents have a hard time executing - high expectation, support and consistency.”
— Parent of a Phoenix, Fraser Academy
